Bent in a spiral and hung by a string (or ball bearing swivel), wind spinners can spin in slight breezes on a porch or patio, and add charm to a yard and garden.
These are blank frames, on some you can add custom graphics in the center (or not).
Hanger loop at top and bottom. 40 designs to choose from.
Can be scaled up or down to get just the right size.
