ReadyToCut.com is my help forum.
It has a nice file sharing section with automatic DXF previews, and it is easy to post images and all sorts of media like videos from anywhere and even eBay listings.
One of these days there will be lots of video tutorials...
Please help by posting support issues, questions and requests there rather than to the signtorch inbox which is always too full to answer or keep track of all ancillary contacts.
